What's Real

Everything below either works right now on this demo, or says plainly that it doesn't yet.

✅ Working today — click it yourself

  • Meeting directory

Fourteen weekly meetings served live from the club database — filter by day, type, fellowship, format. Feeds the same open Meeting Guide format used across AA.

  • Self-serve listing updates

The update agent takes a change in plain words ("we moved to the main hall") and files a structured request. Try it — requests land in a real queue.

  • Volunteer approval flow

Nothing a visitor submits goes live until a board member approves it. Four requests are sitting in the queue right now, waiting.

  • Role-scoped board logins

Chairperson, treasurer, and secretary each see a different admin. The treasurer cannot approve meeting changes; the secretary cannot touch the store. Enforced by the system, not the honor system.

  • Club news ticker + events board

The scrolling news strip and the What's On page both read the club's published events — the same records the board edits in the admin. Post an event, it appears in both places. Nothing here is typed into the page.

  • Reseed on demand

One command returns the whole demo to pristine state after a board has poked at it. Poke freely.

🔜 In the works — not clickable yet, and we won't pretend

  • Donations (test mode)

Stripe-backed giving with a fee-cover option — will demo here with TEST cards only. This tenant is built so real payment keys are structurally impossible.

  • Membership & dues

The treasurer records a cash dues payment in one motion; members see their own standing. Being designed now.

  • Module switchboard

The admin screen where modules sit installed-but-off until your board flips them on. Turn things on when you are ready — not when we are.

That's the whole list. If a capability isn't on this page, this demo doesn't claim it.
